Other Resources:
Gift Giving Information:
Gifts should include house warming gifts, (pots, pans, cooking and cleaning items)
curtains and rods, bedding and of course toys for the kids.  Please do NOT bring used clothes,
importing them into Mexico is illegal.  Mexican law permits importation of $50.00 worth of items
per US citizen.  Please limit your gifts to this amount.

Accommodations:
Most of the accommodations, Rancho Solo, Sergio's Orphanage or Rancho La Paloma
are very simple but safe and secure.
.  Typically, bunk beds with a foam mattress, showers and bathrooms.
The men are in separate bunk houses from the women and except for La Paloma, there
is no provision for families to stay together.

There are some motels but I do NOT recommend them.  The security is questionable.

Food and Drink:
You can bring your own food or contact Baja Christian Ministries for a local caterer.
I encourage the use a local caterer. The food is very good and safe.

Vehicles and Mexican Insurance:
Buy it here online - click here for details.
