Note: Normally we build a latrine for each new home but in following the Mexican Government request, we did not build one for this family. The Government assures us they will be putting in a sewer system in the near future. Family Profile Name: Cecilia Nicolaz Rosas Age: 21 Spouse: Carmelo Isidro Trinidad Age: 23 Working: Where: Salary: Spouse: Yes Where: sells roses Salary: $15.00 a week Where?: Lote 5, Manzana 314, Colonia San Bernardo, Tijuana. Name: Jose Age: 11 months Observations: Cecilia and Carmelo are victims of the floods in February 2004. They lost all of their possessions when their house was washed away in the floods. They do not have running water, electricity or a restroom on their property.
