Club Dust Trip June 2005 Click on the logo for more information about Club Dust! They make two trips a year and really do it up right. People come from all over the country to join in and have fun, work hard and more importantly, serve God.
I was assigned a team made up of mostly of first time builders from the Annapolis Maryland area. Add to that, a few teens from Santa Cruz, California. I also enlisted my friend from Mexico, Juan de Dios. We were assigned three Casita's or as Club Dust calls them, POP houses. Plans available here. All went well and we had a great time. Many of the team had never used any serious power tools before and now they seem to have mastered them quite well! I doubt they will ever bring any more kitchen drawer tools to build houses again!
