First draft of plan

Miters adjusted on the disk sander.

Perfect!

Spline jig - made from a tenoning jig.

  Double splines to reinforce the miters.

Splines glued and clamped with poly glue.

  Dado the cabinet sides.

Ready to assemble the cabinets.

Clamp up the cabinet

  Since this was a cope and stick joint and I was going to use a mirror for the panel, I decided that adding a tenon would provide the added strength I needed.  Made with my shop made mortising jig.

 
Pre-finishing some parts

Rebate relief for mirror and panel.

  French Cleat for mounting the large center mirror.

  Custom made crown just sitting in place, waiting for the lights.

  Done!  Mirrors installed and hung in bathroom!
