  It started with a 4"x6"-16" piece of aluminum angle.

  3/4" Baltic Birch plywood - countersink for flat head screws.

Clamp to angle and locate the holes for tapping.

Plywood screwed to the aluminum.

Second piece is datoed for T-track

I modified a Rockler Edge Guide to fit.
I added a t-track/miter track to use a guide.
The Rockler lever locks are used for stops

  Here is a better view.

I used a 12" disk grinder to insure squareness.

Here is a clamping fixture.
